The integrity of a natural environment
The integrity of a natural environment, such as a protected wood, is dependent upon the visitor’s good manners and common sense. Therefore certain simple rules detailing proper behavior must be adhered to:

- Equip yourself according to the type of activity you want to engage in: excursions or gymnastic exercises. We recommend hikers bring long pants, heavy boots, camera and an excursion diary; athletes should bring gymnastic shoes and a tracksuit;

- Stay always on the marked trail and always follow the guide, you will learn much more;
|

- Always behave as guests, not masters, respecting every life form because each organism holds an important place;
|
 |
- Do not damage the vegetation by picking flowers or fruits and native plants, their colors and scents are there for those who will pass there after you: each part of the forest is teeming with life, which you may inadvertently damage;

- Remember that you are in a protected area (Site of Community Importance) and gathering plants or capturing animals is prohibited;
|
 |
- Observe the surrounding environment carefully and quietly, try to use all your senses: by doing this you can discover the mysteries of a secret world;

- Fire is the worst enemy of a wood, discarding any type of litter, such as a cigarette stub, a glass bottle etc, can cause serious damage to the wooded areas;
|
 |
- Do not discard litter along the way, use the wastebins;
|
 |
- Don’t gather mushrooms, they could be poisonous;
|
 |
- Don’t walk along the paths and nature trails with mechanical means;
|
 |
- Hunting and frightening wild animals you have sighted is strictly prohibited;
|
 |
- Refrain from shouting and making racket.
