Anything here arrives from our farm-made production: fresh cheese (mozzarella cheese, primo sale cheese, ricotta cheese), semi mature cheese (cacio cavallo, cacio ricotta) and mature cheese (canestrato pugliese), salami and cold pork meat, extra virgin olive oil (cold pressing), marmalades, wines (Primitivo and Cabernet Sauvignon, red wines, and Fiano della Valle d’Itria, a white wine), as well as the meats, milk, bread and fruits.
It is possible to buy the farm-made products, so that you can take them home or give as a souvenir of Puglia tastes.
